Tara Anastasi
Tara Anastasi believes in education and relationships as tools of social justice. She is an urban farmer, food justice advocate, and community organizer with 14 years on the ground. Tara has worked with diverse communities from NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. She has experience working with public schools, non-profit management, and city agencies.
Tara holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Biology from Barnard College of Columbia University and a Master’s in Agriculture, Food, and the Environment from Tufts University. She is also a certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach and Staff Development Consultant.

Kelly Diggins
Kelly Diggins works on the global philanthropy team at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors where she has worked on climate justice initiatives. Prior to RPA, she served as a Kiva Fellow collaborating with micro-finance institutions in Costa Rica and Guatemala. Kelly received a B.A. in Global Economics and Latin American Studies from UC Santa Cruz, and a Trans-Global Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California. Kelly has extensive experience in Latin America as an Amigos de las Américas volunteer implementing community service projects and focusing on sustainable development while living in Honduras, Paraguay, and Dominican Republic. She also serves on the board of the Amigos de las Américas San Francisco Chapter.

Sahiti Karempudi
Sahiti is the Co-founder and Director of Partnerships at Dahlia Community Engagement. Previously, she worked at San Francisco Parks Alliance as a Partnerships Manager, working with neighbors, other non-profit organizations, city departments, and City Hall to create innovative stewardship models and creative public spaces. Prior to San Francisco Parks Alliance, Sahiti interned at San Francisco’s Department of the Environment, working on internal city campaigns for clean transportation programs and analyzing Departmental Climate Action Plans.
Before moving to the Bay Area, Sahiti was awarded a JD and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School. She worked at Delta Airlines in Atlanta, assisting with the first in-flight recycling program in the country. She also earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Emory University, with a focus on climate change. Sahiti was able to conduct research in the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest, focusing on microclimate change. In her free time, she loves to SoulCycle, read, and runs the Political Postcard a Day project.

Zan Levine
Zan Levine has over 13 years of experience as an Art educator and advocate for social justice in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zan currently teaches Art and Ceramics at Capuchino High School in San Bruno. Zan is also a multimedia artist specializing in Ceramics, Printmaking, and most recently Weaving. She is a community organizer, and leader for youth movements and Zan is also an advisor for the San Mateo Activist Coalition (SMAC). In her free time she enjoys planting trees with CAN!, gardening at home, camping and hiking in our beautiful National Parks, and of course spending time with her doodle, Zowie Bowie.
